I also found in my research, that women had some positive results in increasing their breast size and firmness from using this herb. I can tell you, in my experience, in taking this, in as little as a few days my breasts increased! It has been 7 days and my size has gone up at least 1 cup size! Take note, I feel as if this is most effective to getting you back to where you once were, but that is my assumption as I am back to where I was naturally. I would also like to add, hot flashes has subsided and my mood is much better....I feel more myself again. I of course recommend blood work probably first (because I did to check my hormone levels) and talking with your own doctor to be sure this is right for you.
