I was so glad to get my vinegar. I have used this for about 40 or more years. When I was young, my father grew his own grapes and when they were ripe, he made his own wine. One year, all the wine turned to vinegar, could have been around WWII, not enough sugar. We always used wine vinegar anyhow, bought at the store. His wine "vinegar" was the best you would ever taste. I tried others when I couldn't find the Heinz wine vinegar at the store but was disgusted with the flavor. If I was in a different part of the US, I don't think this would have happened. I'm on oxygen 24/7 and my throat is sensitive to things I normally wouldn't be and if I get a little too much, I start choking. Have to be real careful, especially with vinegar. Now I know where to buy it. I bought two bottles so I won't run out. As far as I'm concerned, you can use the others, I'll stick to olive oil and wine vinegar with a little Oregano!
