I ordered these shoes for my daughter, for Halloween. They are so cute! The heel in my opinion is just the right size, not too high, not to short. They are a bit big, she wears a small womans 5, and these were too big for her, they fit me losely and I wear a womans 6. It was too late to return them or have them changed, they worked out fine :).
