They are durable, bold, and perfect for indoor or outdoor use. Each blanket is authentically made in small batches in Mexico, as such expect slight variations in the colors or patterns. Beware that many other blankets offered here on Amazon are made in China or India and therefore don't support authentic Mexican artisans. Not ours, all Del Mex blankets are made directly in Tlaxcala, Mexico using Fair Trade practices and genuine materials. These blankets are machine washable and get softer with each subsequent wash so they only get better with time. Please note the first few washes there will be a bit of lint, this is normal and will subside after the first few washes. We recommend hang drying, but they can also be dried in a dryer with no or low heat.
