Ok - so with the OPIA, locate the two internal trimpot holes - you’re going to want to adjust the one that doesn’t control volume. Set the meter to DC and press the black probe against the ground pin of the input jack with the pedal turned on. press the red probe to the wiper of the trim (you’ll see the trimpot pads around the hole in a triangle, the wiper is the at the top of the potentiometer - set this to 5.4volts. Voila - this should resolve your issue.
