I bought this thinking it was cute and yes it was cute but the thing is the paw was a keychain and the color was just a flimsy gel case. Putting it in my pocket was a hassle because when I took it out it would stick to my pocket a bit which causes the case to slide off. Next the instructions was all in Korean... I did not understand a thing. I had to use Google translate. I also had to figure out how to put on the case too. Also connecting it to your phone was kinda inconvenient. If you want to use one at a time you have to connect them separately. The right connects to the left but the right could be connected as a separate device with a different device name? It's too much work trying to reconnect if you want to just use 1 bud at a time. You can't just pop one out of the case and use it for a bit then pop the other out so you could use them both. They don't auto connect. But overall it was pretty comfortable on my ears. It comes with different size buds for better fit. The audio was pretty good with the bass and all. Still has a little lag but that's what you'd expect from Bluetooth ear buds but it's better than most. The touch sensitive buttons where pretty neat. It was pretty sensitive that trying to skip a song or up the volume wasn't difficult.It is in one language… Korean. You can’t change the language I will not buy again
