Out of the box, the sight is immediately ready to mount via a Weaver or Picatinny rail base with the attached clamp. The Railway sight allows co-witnessing the iron sights in the center of the lens on AR-15 flattop rifles. The Standard Intensity Switch is a dial rheostat switch with a continuous adjustment through the wide intensity range. Adjust the dot to the lighting conditions of the operating area, the dot should appear bright but not glaring.
