Could use more heat. Not as concentrated heat as my other red light therapy lamps.This red light helps with pain, skin, and hair growth. Use 20 minutes a couple times a week. My post-op clients love it. I apply this before their massage. Stop spending money at doctor and get your own red light therapy!I love the fact that when I received the first one it was broken and Amazon sent out another one the very next week. I love the fact that it has help my back and I can feel the difference every time I use it. Unfortunately, the soonest orthopedics app is 30 days later. I tried a hand splint, it didn’t relieve the symptom. So, I searched online to see if there is any over the counter device for the treatment, I found this one. After the first week of daily 30 minutes use, I felt a sensible pain relief, the symptom is improving with the continuous use. The good part of this infrared light device is the stand, I’m able to put the light to the different rooms conveniently. The only con is the red light is too bright, I have to wear a sunglass to prevent eye irritating.
