Sharp and well made for a plastic handled knife. No issues with putting them in the dishwasher. We're having an Italian dinner party here in a few weeks and I'm going to give our friends each a set to take home. I've also sent them to family members and they love them too. I've seen these Nonna knives on specialty websites for a set of 4 for more money than here. Great, inexpensive knives!sharp, cuts well, but the blade is very thin and thus not the best for cutting into tougher things (like bread with a crust) and the design of the teeth on the blade could be more functional. I had similar knives from another brand in Italy, years ago, which were better, but I haven't been able to find them here.Love these knifes for every day use. Blades never dullMy ITALIAN zia in New York has had these knives in blue for years and I always thought a friend brought them back for her from Italy. It wasn’t until my last trip last week to New York to see her that I learned they could be purchased online from Amazon. How shocked and happy I was! I’ve loved these knives for years and now I will own them too. I just placed my order for 2 sets (6x2=12) for my house and another single order (6) for my daughter.
