The point where it connects to the hose leaks. Both are brand new. Not sure which is the culprit.I'm still trying to get use to it in controling the knob and at the same looking up to where the water is going.I was excited for this gadget to help reach the back of the garden beds. The automatic extension works great. But regardless of how I connected it to a hose it leaked badly. It's also a bit heavy.Came with water in it so it had been usedEveryone who said that this thing leaks like crazy was right! Water comes out from entirely the wrong place and sprays all over. I got soaked! It's being returned.Best wand I have ever had. Well built and does not leak.Will not quit leaking. Replaced washers twice and it still leaks so much that I can't use it.Junk, this piece of crap fell apart the first time I used it.
