This works really well; you can control the salt and oil levels and how much or how little you make from a small bowl to a huge bowl to share.It’s convenient to collapse down and toss in the dishwasher to clean. I use separate bowls for serving but you could use the popping bowl. The bowl gets hot when it first comes out of the microwave.I’ve had better luck with a lower wattage microwave (700 watt) than a more powerful one. The lower wattage microwave is way less prone to burn making it more foolproof and more hands off.
