It’s big but w the belt I was able to just tighten and she wore a black tank top under it because it was a little loose on the top, but in the plus side it will fit for two years the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 Star is because the white at the top is loose it’s only attached in three spots the ends and middle so it not secure at all and how it is attached is loose but it was pretty inexpensive so I didn’t expect a lot and it exceeded what I expected. I usually buy TuTu Du Monde dresses for her Christmas programs but I forgot about it and couldn’t get it here in time so I let her pick up something on Amazon prime bc I cut it that close to her program and she picked this out I’m so glad she did not only did it save us a ton of money she had tons of compliments it was perfect we also wore for character dress up day as Cindy LouIt’s a cute dress the feather trim top was a little detached when it came and threw feathers off easily.The straps where to large but it’s was adorable! Everyone that bought one had the take the straps up I think they were defective or something. They were cute through!This dress was a huge hit and my daughter’s Christmas themed birthday party!!!! I had to get it tailored to fit her shoulders and belt to stay in place. The price of this dress was so cheap and so worth it!!!!Is very large. The skirt is not just one piece of fabric and the white topper on the bust needed to be reattached. Still a good buy and my daughter loves it.Feathers at top barely tacked on the dress, able to sew a few loops in to keep it in place. Have no idea how you'd wash it though!!Granddaughter loves itThey were a big hit. Everyone Loved them.
