I found these to be mediocre. Big starchy udon-like noodles that are partially cooked and mixed with some oil, which you put into the provided bowl and microwave with the provided curry sauce packet. The packet contains a thick, bland slightly sweet sauce with a few green peas. So maybe it could be justified as a starting base? I mixed mine with chopped kale during heating, which improved the texture but overall these empty calories (and there are > 500 of them mostly carb) are not worth it. I can see improving this dish with a lot of stuff from the cupboard - so why not just make it from scratch.
