I was skeptical at first. When you're above average, you don't want underwear that mashes everything flat, and having no support is just as undesirable. I have worn many different "pouch" or anatomically correct underwear from different manufacturers, and some of them have been supremely comfortable, but very expensive, some of them have been expensive but cheaply made and end up falling apart. These Wildmant Duo Big Boy Pouch underwear have now replaced all of my underwear. They have a good blend of materials, are well made, and offer room and support in the pouch area that is very hard to find. If I had to criticize these underwear, I would say that they are a little on the expensive side, but being specialized underwear that can be forgiven to some degree. The only other criticism is the seam on the inside of the pouch. It is nice and flat on the outside of the pouch, but is a raised seam on the inside. It isn't irritating or painful, but it does seem to be poorly thought out, and it does leave lines, impressions in the skin. Again, these are minor issues that can easily be ignored to finally have underwear that fit, and work.Fit is great, and pouch is roomy. I waited to write this review until i was able to wear these for a full day. I was skeptical that the pouch would pull up on the underside of my package like other manufacturers do, but to my surprise these do not. They are very comfortable and I would recommend them.I have some others of this brand and this is my favorite style. The tag in the waist is itchy, but removable, so I’m not going to complain too much. Mostly great.Absolutely horrible in every sense. It’s not the size of the underwear itself but the front anatomical pouch that is so tight and small especially at the bottom. I purchased these for a change from my daily ‘Obviously PrimeMan underwear’ but I learned the lesson and went back and bought more Obviously PrimeMan.Good fit comfy
