This hose is built for endurance and performance in custom coolant plumbing applications. Silicone rubber with 3-ply reinforcement makes this hose tough, reliable, and flexible to temperatures from -60°C to +180 degrees C. This 3/4" (19mm) ID 180 degree elbow hose is hand-crafted and quality inspected to the highest European standards. Italian Red with a smooth, shiny "wipe-down" finish. Legs measure approximately 4 inches long (measured from the centerline of the U-bend). Leg spacing is 3 3/4" (95mm) center-to-center (1 7/8" centerline bend radius). The 3-ply reinforcement results in a working pressure rating in excess of 65 psi and a 4mm wall thickness (27mm / 1 1/16" OD). Use our Hose Joiners (HJ19) and our Lined Hose Clamps (Part No. 3613-1.38) to construct the exact shapes you need. Note: This hose is NOT formulated for use in oil or fuel plumbing applications. It will survive occasional spills and oil leaks, but it will not stand up to continuous exposure to petroleum.
