The bag is easy to see what is inside and has a good width to it. The inside is wipeable material. There is no odor to it. The ropes are extra thick and perfecly long enough for comfort and looks. No dye rubs off this bag. The color is a good strong black. The material is canvas but feels smooth. I am carrying alot in this bag and it looks stylish. I would buy other colors of this design.
