Description

This hose is built for endurance and performance in custom turbo intake systems. Silicone rubber with 4-ply reinforcement makes this hose tough, reliable, and flexible to temperatures from -60°C to +180 degrees C (-76 degrees F to +356 degrees F). Hump hoses are designed to join two intake tubes while adding a flexible joint to isolate engine vibrations. Hand crafted and quality inspected to the highest European standards. Bright red with a smooth, shiny "wipe-down" finish. Approximately 4" long overall. The 4-ply reinforcement results in a working pressure rating in excess of 14 psi and a 5.5mm wall thickness (113mm / 4 7/16" OD). Use our Lined Hose Clamps (Part No. 3613-5.00) to clamp the hose over a 4" OD tube. Silicone hose is for use on intake systems only. It is NOT for use on exhaust! Exceeding the temperature rating of 356 degrees F will destroy it.
