These actually worked really well with my Pendaflex folders, which I obviously expected since they are made by the same company. The tabs are easy to insert into the folders and I had no issues at all! The labels are easy to insert and you can write on them with anything. I used a permanent marker and they are thick enough that it did not transfer through. Overall, this is great for organizing. I used it in my metal desk drawer, which is a filing cabinet. Happy with my purchase and I will continue to use these folders and tabs for my organizational purposes!
