We've all been there, no sooner do you fork over the money for a new leash than your dog naws at it rendering it useless. The VirChewly put a stop to that immediately! My dog still places the leash in his mouth and leads me to the door, but he no longer bites down. The outer casing stands up to some mild chewing, but the true innovation lies in the steel wire cable nestled inside the casing. I'm sure it will be a while before I need another leash. Simple technology applied in an innovative way. Word to the wise: order a second leash, one short (for training) and one longer to allow your dog a little lead time. Combine with a harness and you have an effective tool for dogs that pull.Almost two years later still have the same leash! The ends have frayed alittle, but a some rubbing with sand paper and no hard to make sbeat friend (or man for that matter). Good product... Hope ur still out there offsetting the Herculean amount of garbage that is getting pawned off on pet owners. Quality product!
