No cliffhangerStandalone though part of a larger seriesTold from both POVsI loved the first book in this series so I couldn’t wait for this one to release. As soon as I started reading it I didn’t want to stop. It is the perfect mix of funny and serious, at times dealing with a very serious topic.I fell in love with the main characters almost immediately and loved how they skirted their feelings for one another until they couldn’t take it anymore.One of my favorite lines was:“Just tell me what’s in your head right now.” “You.” Her lower lip trembled. “You and soccer, sometimes tacos, and randomly I’ll think about a pancake.”I think that gives you great insight into how Parker thinks, even in serious moments she is still a down to earth girl who just wants to play soccer and convince Matt they were made for each other.I won’t give too much away but there were two things I’m sad about in this book. One is the ending felt a bit rushed, even though it was still great Two, there better be a book about Jagger. I’m going to be so sad if his story developed during this book and we don’t get to learn more about him and how he found love and settled down.
