I install the HPS radiator hose on my 2001 Toyota 4runner Sport SR5 3.4L . since I was replacing my radiator and thermostat with OEM. I decided to buy the HPS performane hoses. It came with upper and lower hoses and 4 hose clamps. The install was easy. Fits a little tight but that's ok. I think it's better that OEM. Only time will tell. So far it looks good.
